Return and Refund Policy

• Contact Us First: Email support@contapel.com with your order number and reason for the return. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.
• Wait for Approval: We will review your request and provide detailed return instructions.
  
• Pack Securely: Ensure the item is in its original condition, including tags and packaging, and protected for shipping.
  
• Ship the Item: Send the item back at your own expense.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 days. No restocking fees will be applied.

If you wish to exchange an item, please email support@contapel.com with your request. We will guide you through the process and arrange the exchange.

To cancel an order, contact support@contapel.com as soon as possible. Orders can typically be canceled before processing or shipment. Once processing has started or the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; in such cases, the return procedure must be followed after delivery. 

Although we package items carefully, products may occasionally arrive damaged or something else is wrong. If this occurs, please provide clear photos of the item and any packaging issues to support@contapel.com We will review your submission as soon as possible and come up with a solution.
